Welcome to Firepit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Firepit mobile application (the "App") operated by Firepit ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Firepit. The App is rated 17+ and contains content that may include mild references to sexual topics and alcohol. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Content Moderation

All user-created cards are subject to review. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Our moderation decisions are final.

Reporting

Users can report inappropriate cards directly within the App. We take all reports seriously and will review flagged content promptly.

Blocking Policy

Devices associated with repeated or severe violations of our content guidelines may be permanently blocked from creating or submitting content. In cases of extreme violations, devices may be blocked from using the App entirely. Blocking is applied at the device level using your anonymous device identifier.

Content Ownership

By creating custom cards in the App, you grant Firepit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the App and related services. You retain ownership of your original content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Firepit — including but not limited to question cards, app design, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by Firepit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to:
